Employment Associate Solicitor
NEW – Employment Associate – Leading London Firm
Are you an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? We are working with a highly regarded central London firm as they seek to expand their prestigious Employment Law Department.
The Role:
You will advise on a wide range of employment issues and handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including:
- Reorganisations
- Disciplinaries and grievances
- M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support
- Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements, etc.
- TUPE
- Employment status
- Day-to-day employment law advice
- Tribunal/Court work
You will have:
- At least 4 years' experience in Employment Law
- Both contentious and non-contentious experience
- Experience acting for both employers and senior employees
- Experience in Employment Tribunals is essential
- A strong academic background
- High-quality training and experience
