Busy Bees, the UK’s leading childcare provider, is looking for an inspiring Dual Nursery Manager (Joint Nursery Manager) to co-lead one of our largest settings a vibrant, high-occupancy 140-place nursery in Walthamstow .
This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with another experienced manager, sharing leadership of a large, dynamic nursery where you’ll guide a dedicated team, deliver outstanding care, and shape the future for hundreds of young learners.

About the Role – Dual / Joint Nursery Manager
As a Dual Nursery Manager , you will work closely with another highly skilled manager to co-lead all aspects of daily operations at our thriving Walthamstow nursery. Together, you’ll ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and education while creating an inspiring environment for both children and staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, high-occupancy setting — perfect for someone with proven management experience and a passion for delivering excellence in early years education.

About you:
- We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
- You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
- You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
