About the Role
We're looking for our first field marketing manager in EMEA. This person will own end-to-end event management across trade shows, field events, executive dinners, and community activations
In this role, you will
Build and own the EMEA events calendar, from strategy through execution to post-event follow-up
Partner closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure targeting of the right accounts and presence at the right events
Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events, and community activations
Develop and manage the post-event follow-up motion to ensure leads are captured and actioned
Track and report on pipeline, ROI, and lead conversion metrics
Use event performance data to inform investment decisions and continuously improve the events program
Your background looks something like this
5–7 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B company
Experience owning events in EMEA, you understand how markets differ across the region and can adapt
Strong commercial instincts, comfortable being held to a pipeline number
The ability to run multiple programs at once without dropping the ball
Experience turning one-off events into repeatable programs
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always figured out yet
Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and occasionally to the US
