Quality Assurance Technician
Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician | Location: Mitcham (CR4 4HX)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday days
So what’s it all about?
As our next Quality Assurance Technician, you will be energetic, organised and will thrive on improving existing quality standards across all products manufactured at the bakery.
Reporting into the Compliance Manager, your remit will include providing technical support to the team whilst ensuring quality is at the forefront of everything you do daily. You will provide technical support to the technical department to maintain safety, quality and legality of the products.
You’re not the type who is afraid of challenges. In this role you will drive quality across all manufactured products and you will have a passion for driving standards within a fast paced environment.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be self-starter and a strong communicator with an ability to take ownership and organise your workload accordingly.
As our next Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for audits, site traceability exercises, driving quality standards and the fun part - taste testing sessions!

The Key Requirements...
- Knowledge of food legislation and food safety principles
- Experience gained within a quality focused role within food manufacturing
- Previous audit experience within a similar environment
- Literate in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Effective communication style
