Athena Project Manager - Senior Associate
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities for the Athena Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Support senior project managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support change management activities, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar)
- Experience in financial services or technology
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
- Understanding of technology development lifecycles.
- Prior exposure to large-scale transformation or technology programs.
