Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join the administrative team at a well-established school in Hammersmith.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional administrative service, helping the school operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This is a varied role that will involve communicating with staff, students, parents and external visitors, maintaining accurate records and supporting a range of school processes.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the successful applicant will regularly deal with enquiries from parents and carers as well as supporting teachers and members of the school's leadership team.
You will need to be highly organised, approachable and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Previous experience working within a school or educational environment would be beneficial, although candidates with strong administrative experience from other professional settings may also be considered.

Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy environment.
Experience using school management systems would be advantageous.
Previous experience in an educational setting would be desirable.
Legal ability to work within the UK.
