The Role
As a Spanish & French Unqualified Teacher, you will:
- Teach Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assess student progress and drive strong academic outcomes
- Maintain excellent behaviour and classroom standards
- Work closely with experienced teachers to develop your practice
- Prepare for progression into formal teacher training
This is a hands-on teaching role where you will be expected to take ownership, show initiative, and develop quickly.
What We’re Looking For
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Spanish, French, or a related Languages subject
- Strong subject knowledge in both languages (or at least one with the ability to support the other)
- A passion for languages and cultural education
- Confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- A clear ambition to become a qualified teacher
