Location: Remote (UK-based)

The Opportunity

This HealthTech company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the corporate wellness market. You'll be responsible for building strategic partnerships with mid-market corporate accounts, delivering preventative health solutions that improve employee wellbeing and demonstrate measurable ROI.This is an opportunity to make a real impact in workplace health while working in a fast-growing scale-up environment. You'll have the autonomy to develop your territory while contributing to building scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market corporate accounts, from prospecting to close
  • Target enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees
  • Develop and execute strategies to win £25k-£50k+ deals
  • Manage sales cycles of 3-6 months with multiple stakeholders
  • Build partnerships that demonstrate clear ROI for corporate wellness programmes

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with HR, Rewards & Benefits, and Wellbeing decision-makers
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Present compelling business cases that align with corporate health priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and provide market feedback

Strategic Contribution:

  • Contribute to developing sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Help shape the go-to-market strategy for the corporate sector
  • Share learnings to support the scaling of the commercial function

Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales with demonstrable success in corporate wellness, HR, or employee benefits
  • Track record of closing £25k-£50k+ deals with mid-market companies
  • Experience managing 3-6 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of corporate wellness, employee benefits, or preventative health
  • Consultative sales approach with evidence of sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC)
  • Process-driven mindset with collaborative spirit and commercial flair
  • Comfortable in scale-up environments where you wear multiple hats

Preferred Experience:

  • HealthTech/MedTech background highly desirable
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • Network within corporate HR, Rewards & Benefits, or Occupational Health sectors
  • Understanding of employee wellness programme ROI and business cases
