About our Nursery
Busy Bees Mill Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 78 children in newly refurbished rooms, each with its own individual outdoor area. Our superb chef prepares delicious home-cooked meals that are nutritionally balanced and healthy, featuring a six-week rolling menu that highlights fresh, seasonal produce. This allows our children to experience a wide variety of tastes, textures, flavors, and colors in their meals. Conveniently located near shopping and transport amenities at Mill Hill Broadway, including Thameslink Station, we also provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff. Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

Required Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
