Caseworker (EO)
- Manage and process casework in line with established policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders and team members on policy-related matters.
- Maintain detailed records of casework and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve policy objectives.
- Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all casework activities.
