IT Tech - School in Sutton, Peterborough
Our client is currently looking for a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive school environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong technical skills and a passion for supporting staff and students. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the school's IT systems, hardware and networks operate effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
