Design Technician
About the Role
As a Design Technician, you will work closely with our project managers and production teams to prepare accurate cutting sheets, fabrication drawings, and setting-out details for manufacture and on-site installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed drawings for ceramic finishes and stone cutting sheets for production and installation.
* Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent and site conditions.
* Assist in the coordination of design information between architects, contractors, and workshop teams.
* Conduct site visits where required to verify measurements and setting-out.
Skills & Experience
* Background in architecture, interior design or manufacure preferred.
* Experience preparing stone cutting sheets for manufacture is highly valued.
* Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D software is advantageous.
* Good understanding of site setting-out, tiling, and stone/tile installation methods.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
* Living in London or short commuting
