Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper in Finsbury Park, London, Job ID J1C5CFRRR
A lovely family based in Haringey, London, is seeking a Full-time Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper to help care for their 10-year-old child and support the smooth running of their home.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and will be reliable, organised, and confident managing both childcare and housekeeping duties. Someone who is warm, proactive, and able to provide steady support for a school-aged child would be ideal for this role.
The nanny-housekeeper will help with the child’s daily routine, provide general childcare support, and assist with keeping the home clean, tidy, and well organised. The family lives in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, so the candidate should be confident with general housekeeping duties.
A driver would be a bonus, but this is not essential. The family does not require travel for this role. The candidate will be provided with a large bedroom and bathroom.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Up to two nights of babysitting may be required each week.
Duties include:
- caring for a 10-year-old child
- supporting the child’s daily routine
- helping with school-related tasks when required
- preparing simple meals and snacks for the child, if needed
- keeping the child’s areas clean and organised
- carrying out general housekeeping duties
- maintaining a clean and tidy 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home
- managing laundry and ironing
- making beds and changing linens
- cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen
- vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- loading and unloading the dishwasher
- helping with babysitting up to two nights per week
