The school provides specialist education for students aged 11–16 with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. With excellent facilities and a supportive ethos, this is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate keen to make a real impact.
The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students with additional needs both in and out of class.
- Assist with 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships that encourage confidence and independence.

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree (Psychology, Education, or related fields desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable in challenging situations
- Previous experience working with children or SEN (paid or voluntary) beneficial but not essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK
