ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist (BtoC) NATIVE ENGLISH

LOCATION: London, UK (hybrid 3 days /week in the office) OR Milan, IT (hybrid 3 days /week in the office)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time

SALARY RANGE: 27.000-36.000 / year

What you'll do:

  • Sales, sales, sales: first and foremost, you’re primary task is hunting and converting leads through any means possible, performing both inbound sales activities as well as outbound ones;

  • You’ll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders and will be in contact with them through all major Sales channels (Facebook, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone, and more);

  • You’ll keep the sales process organized by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and record of interaction with customers;

  • You’ll be an expert on all of our adventures, able to give tailored advice to customers who are looking for support in finding and ultimately booking the perfect tour;

  • You’ll be the point person for pre and post tour operations and care;

  • You’ll support our WeRoaders in case of complaints or any kind of assistance

What we’re looking for:

  • You are a native English speaker

  • You speak fluently at least TWO of the following languages: Spanish, German, French, or Italian.

  • You have 1-2 years experience in B2C sales and/or customer facing roles

  • You have a hunger for sales/leads hunting

  • You are highly enthusiastic: an all-star communicator, able to transmit your energy and personality into your telephone, written, online and face-to-face interactions;

  • You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results;

  • You are a people person and comfortable proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in the WeRoad product;

  • You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
