Project Manager
Location: London – hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

The Impact You’ll Make:
As a Project Manager, you will be the central force coordinating global go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for key offerings across paid, earned, and owned channels. You will own the rhythm of campaign execution, ensuring every piece of the puzzle aligns perfectly to achieve maximum market penetration and user engagement. Your meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills will directly influence the successful launch and sustained visibility of critical marketing initiatives on an international scale. You will empower creative and marketing teams to deliver their best work, knowing that their efforts are meticulously managed and strategically aligned.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and meticulously manage comprehensive workback schedules, brief intakes, and responses for global marketing campaigns.
- Proactively ensure all project workstreams remain on schedule, anticipating and resolving unexpected issues, and maintaining continuous monitoring and feedback loops.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional and channel teams to maximize synergy and ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Prepare insightful project summaries, performance reports, and timely updates for stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing and other internal teams, streamlining the collection, organization, and management of information and creative asset workflows.
- Ensure the timely delivery of critical assets and maintain clear, proactive communication to swiftly resolve any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with teams to continuously streamline review processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Identify and analyze procedural bottlenecks, recommending and implementing actionable improvements to optimize workflows.
- Maintain robust campaign trackers, providing clear records for cross-functional teams and ensuring transparency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of dedicated project management experience within a dynamic creative organization, advertising agency, or in-house marketing communications team.
- Deep understanding of creative industries, coupled with extensive project management expertise, particularly within content and subscription services in a marketing context.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end project workflow, including internal briefings, vendor/studio briefings, critical milestone/deadline management, presentations, and internal approvals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail and a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex internal partnerships with outstanding skill and diplomacy.
- A resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- An innate ability to maintain composure and clarity in high-pressure situations, consistently applying a common-sense and respectful approach.
- An inventive and enthusiastic problem-solver, comfortable and effective in a dynamic, highly matrixed organizational environment.
- Familiarity with standard productivity and project management tools.
