We're working on behalf of a highly respected, forward-thinking law firm that is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Partner to join the team in one of its Central England offices. This is a unique opportunity for a senior Lawyer with a strong background in IT, technology, and IP-driven commercial work to play a strategic role in a growing, national practice.

You'll be joining an ambitious and collaborative commercial team, working closely with a well-established General Commercial Partner to further build the firm's offering across the tech, digital, and telecoms sectors.

The Role:

This opportunity is ideal for a Partner-level commercial Lawyer looking to:

• Lead on complex IT and tech-related transactions
• Build and expand the firm's footprint in the technology and digital sectors
• Engage with a diverse client base, including fast-growth and innovative tech companies
• Play a key part in shaping the direction of the commercial practice
• Mentor and develop junior Lawyers within the team

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years' PQE with a strong track record in commercial contracts, especially in the tech or IT space
• Experience advising on IP, data protection, e-commerce, and technology transactions
• A commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for client engagement and business development
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• A collaborative and supportive leadership style, with the confidence to work autonomously when required
