Role Overview:
The requirement for a second Graphic Designer has become mission critical in our global company that is growing and evolving. The person will bring JATO Dynamic’s brand vision to life through visually captivating and impactful design. They’ll be responsible for developing diverse digital and print assets, ensuring that all visuals are engaging, cohesive, and align with JATO’s brand’s values. Collaborating closely with brand, marketing, digital and our vertical teams, this person will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing brand recognition across all consumer touchpoints. They will also work hand in glove with the incumbent Graphic Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Visual Designer, Design Manager, and Campaign Managers to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.
- Design assets across email, social, web, paid media, print, and events while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports; build and manage a shared asset repository.
- Work with copywriters and marketing teams to align messaging and UX for web and campaign creative.
- Present concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and assist with performance reporting and optimization.
- Drive improvements in design processes, templates, and creative strategy for better outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Digital or Graphic Design (or equivalent).
- 5+ years’ design experience, ideally in-house or automotive.
- Strong portfolio across print and digital for global brands.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; motion graphics/video editing a plus.
- Skilled in interpreting briefs and delivering impactful creative.
- Experience with large-scale print, events, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent typography, attention to detail, and time management.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and project tools; fluent English.
- Passion for brand consistency and creative excellence; automotive/data experience a bonus.
