Senior Product Operations Manager (f/m/d)
About the Opportunity
We’re a mid-sized, globally distributed B2B SaaS company empowering organizations with innovative digital solutions. With a strong product-led culture and international customer base, we’re scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic visibility to our growing product organization.
What to Expect
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross-functional coordination
- Lead program execution for complex product operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
- Improve tooling and automation by identifying, implementing, and maintaining systems that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Analyze reporting and metrics to generate insights and partner with Business Analysts on improvement initiatives
- Manage risks and dependencies by proactively identifying roadblocks and driving resolution across teams
- Develop training and enablement resources, including documentation and onboarding materials for product teams
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success
- Advocate for product operations to increase alignment, transparency, and collaboration across the organization
- Collaborate globally with distributed teams across time zones and cultural contexts

What You Need to Be Successful
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management practices
- Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus
