Why we need this role
As a Senior Account Executive in our UK Financial and Professional Services team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic growth across Colt’s key large financial services customers. This role is centred on deepening existing relationships through consultative upsell and cross-sell of Colt’s solutions.

- Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and shape high-impact strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell and cross-sell across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales through to delivery.
What we're looking for
- Recent and relevant B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS.
- Experience working with or selling into large financial services organisations is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of growing strategic accounts and reviving dormant relationships.
- Experience managing complex enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SPIN.
