Special Needs Teaching Assistant – Full Time Only (No Sponsorship Available)

We are looking for a committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support children and young people in a welcoming school environment.

Please note: This role is full time only. Do not apply if you are looking for part-time work, are on a student/20-hour visa, or require sponsorship. Only candidates who already have the legal right to work full time in the UK will be considered.

Role Overview:

• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Must be legally able to work full time in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Previous SEN/education experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, patience and resilience.
• Full time availability (Monday–Friday).
