We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused people to join our team and help create magic moments for our guests. We are Barrio Bars. Bringing a slap of Latin attitude to a neighbourhood near you. With slammin’ party joints in North, South, East, West & Central London. Slingin’ authentic Margaritas, ice cold beers & filthy tacos all week long – and on weekends – that’s when the party comes alive. From a quiet afternoon sipping a margarita and sharing tacos, to shots of tequila and salsa moves, our bars are an experience of a lifetime!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to guests on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Supporting the team with event setups, including Christmas parties, themed nights, and special events.
• Creating magic moments for guests by going the extra mile.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing a magical guest experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• A love for the festive season and the ability to spread holiday cheer!
