Primary Teacher
Full-Time Teaching Assistant Location: uxbridge Start Date: October 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Pay: £95-105 per day (depending on experience) Agency: Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon, who are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) unit full-time from September 2026 The ARP supports children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and communication difficulties, offering a nurturing and structured environment within a mainstream setting. Role Highlights: Supporting pupils with SEND (primarily ASD) in small group or 1:1 settings Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans Assisting with daily routines, sensory regulation, and behaviour support Helping to build confidence, independence, and communication skills We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience working with children with additional needs, particularly autism Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a consistent approach to support Can work effectively as part of a team and independently Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service) What We Offer: A long-term role within a supportive and well-resourced ARP unit A dedicated consultant to guide you through every step Access to specialist CPD (including Autism Awareness and Team Teach training) Weekly pay via PAYE with no hidden agency fees Ready to make a real difference?
