Sales Coordinator, DACH

Jellycat
London

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the continued growth of Jellycat across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) based in the London HQ.

As Sales Coordinator DACH, you will play a key role in supporting our Regional Sales Managers and independent retail partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help drive operational excellence, maintain strong relationships and contribute to the success of a fast-growing regional sales function.

You'll be

  • Joining a fast-growing region at an exciting stage of its journey, with outstanding opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility and long-term career progression.

  • Supporting independent retail partners across the DACH region, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Managing customer orders, back orders and order amendments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Monitoring stock availability and allocations, providing updates and solutions to customers and sales colleagues.

  • Keeping customers and Regional Sales Managers informed on order status, deliveries and product availability.

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and in line with customer requirements.

  • Coordinating sample requests and checking availability across multiple warehouse locations.

  • Helping organise customer events, meetings and regional sales activities.

  • Maintaining accurate customer information and records across internal systems.

  • Contributing to process improvements and new ways of working that enhance efficiency across the DACH sales team.

You'll have

  • Fluent German language skills, with additional European languages considered an advantage.

  • Previous experience within a sales support, customer service, administration or coordination role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing orders and customer information.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confidence building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM or reporting systems would be beneficial, including Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

  • A genuine passion for the Jellycat brand and a desire to contribute to its continued success.
