Head of Compliance
Your new company
You will be joining a respected and forward-thinking insurer with a strong market presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory matters, providing strategic guidance to the Board and senior leadership while embedding a strong culture of compliance across the organisation. The role involves leading the development and continuous improvement of the compliance strategy, overseeing regulatory reporting and monitoring activity, and offering expert advice on key regulatory areas including SMCR, Consumer Duty, and conduct risk. You will manage and mentor a high-performing compliance team, build strong relationships with regulators and external stakeholders, and support business change initiatives to ensure regulatory alignment. Throughout, you will deliver clear, commercially aware compliance guidance that supports the organisation’s long-term objectives.

You will play a key role in shaping the compliance function and contributing to the organisation’s long-term direction. The business offers a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a hybrid working model based in London. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative leadership team that values expertise and forward-thinking compliance leadership.
