Executive Assistant to Creative Founder Publishing Company
This opportunity is ideal for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a creative environment and is confident working with highly imaginative and spontaneous personalities. Supporting the male CEO and Founder of a leading online and print magazine, the role requires someone who is skilled at bringing structure, clarity and organisation to a fast‑moving schedule. The position is full‑time in the office, with potential for hybrid working later on.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing and structuring the CEO’s personal and professional calendar, gathering weekly reports from the team and providing a clear summary every Friday. The role includes booking travel, hotels and transport with an understanding of fashion‑week periods, securing restaurant reservations, sourcing gifts and keeping the CEO informed of staff absences. The Executive Assistant will attend calls and meetings, take accurate notes, and deliver concise summaries, as well as liaise with accountants and advisors and manage inbox flow by prioritising key matters.
This hands‑on role requires strong organisational ability, sound judgment and a high level of discretion. The ideal Executive Assistant will be professional and composed, maintaining appropriate boundaries while working closely across the business. They should be proactive, solutions‑focused and resilient when resolving challenges. The role does not require previous experience in the fashion industry and would suit someone eager to bring structure and stability to a dynamic creative leader.
