Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.
Your Future Role at QRT
- Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
- Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage.
- Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
Your Present Skillset
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 0–2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
