Science Teacher
Science Teacher - Secondary School - Bexley Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full Academic Year (Temp to Perm Opportunity) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Location: Bexley, South East London We are working closely with a high-achieving secondary school in Bexley to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. The Role: Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential) Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics Monitoring student progress and providing targeted support Contributing to the development of the Science department and whole-school initiatives The School: Well-resourced and forward-thinking secondary school Strong leadership team with a focus on professional development Supportive and collaborative departmental environment High expectations for both staff and students Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (preferred) A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a thriving school community.
