What you’ll contribute to:

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Revit Technician to join our London Bankside Team . This is temporary 6-month position that would suit a skilled Revit Technician, Architectural Technologist, or a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with Revit experience wanting to experience the Design & Build sector.

In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting your colleagues across a variety of projects including drafting, base builds and delivering technical design support from the outset.

How you will make an impact:

The successful candidate will have a BSc or BA in Design or a related field with Revit experience, ideally in a Design & Build setting. You’ll have experience using various other design software packages and be curious about building in detail to a high standard.

The Technical Team at MODUS is a team that operates at a high cadence. You will be a proactive and flexible team player with the ability to work independently when required. With an eye for detail, as well as strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support on drafting packages in an array of large-scale interior commercial office fitouts

• Supporting in generating 3D Revit models of buildings we are to fitout

• Designing and maintaining a high standard of layouts

• Good technical detailing skills with proven experience delivering Stage 4–5 packages

• Work confidently in Revit to produce accurate coordination drawings and models.
