Senior Product Manager, AI Products | Product | London, UK (Hiring Immediately)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive the development of AI-powered client-facing products across our consumer insights platform. About Us: Savanta is a leading data, market research and advisory company helping the world's leading brands make better decisions, faster. With over 500 people across offices in multiple countries, we combine deep research expertise, proprietary technology and high-impact consulting to give our clients a complete view of their markets, their customers and their competitors. Our platform gives clients access to over 100 million respondents globally, alongside a suite of intelligence products covering brand tracking, market monitoring, consumer trends, and AI-powered insight delivery. We work with leading organisations across financial services, retail, CPG, media, technology and the public sector. AI is actively reshaping how our clients access insights and make decisions. We're investing heavily in this space and looking for the talent to help us lead it. About the Role: This role will sit at the heart of one of the most important product bets we're making - putting AI directly into the hands of clients, transforming how brands understand consumers, conduct research, and make decisions at speed. This is not a role for someone who wants to bolt AI onto existing features. We want someone who thinks natively about what AI makes possible for clients and keeps the client experience firmly at the centre of every decision. AI is not a future bet for us - it is already changing how research gets done. From conversational insight interfaces and AI-assisted survey design to predictive analytics and smart reporting, we are building the tools that will define the next era of consumer intelligence. This SPM will have real ownership, real resources, and a leadership team that is deeply invested in getting AI right -for our clients. This role is based out of our London office with an expectation to be onsite 1-2 days per week. What You'll Do: Own the client-facing AI product roadmap (conversational insights, AI reporting/dashboards, automated survey design, predictive analytics), balance short-term impact with longer-term platform bets. Build conversational insight experiences that let clients query data in natural language and surface actionable trends. Deliver AI-powered reporting & dashboards with summarisation, narrative generation, and dynamic visualisation. Bring predictive analytics to clients (forecasting, audience modelling, early-warning signals) in intuitive, actionable experiences. Drive discovery & experimentation via client interviews, usage data, and market analysis; run experiments to validate hypotheses before committing resources. Define quality, trust & responsible AI standards (accuracy, transparency, explainability, confidence signaling, clear limitations). Collaborate on go-to-market with sales/marketing; produce demos, documentation, and enablement materials. Measure and iterate define success metrics (adoption, engagement, time-to-insight, research quality, satisfaction) and use data to prioritise improvements. Stay ahead of the AI landscape (LLMs, generative/multimodal models, applied AI in research/analytics) and proactively flag opportunities/risks. Please click here to view the full job description About You: The ideal candidate will be genuinely curious about AI and its ability to solve real challenges for research and insight professionals, while remaining firmly client‑focused and consistently prioritising the end‑user experience. They will be proactive and hands‑on, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver outcomes, and highly collaborative, building strong relationships across design, research methodology, and commercial teams. Strong product instincts are essential, with the ability to quickly identify what creates real client value and avoid unnecessary complexity. Needs to be a clear, structured communicator, able to explain AI concepts confidently to non‑technical stakeholders, commercially aware in linking product decisions to revenue and impact, analytical in their use of data and metrics, and confident making decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete information. Proven experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years working on AI, ML, or data-driven products. A track record of shipping AI-powered features directly to end users - owning the outcome end-to-end, not just writing requirements. Experience designing and delivering client-facing products where user trust, clarity, and experience are paramount. Experience working in a SaaS, data, analytics, or research technology environment Understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies is a strong advantage. Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI applications in client or consumer-facing contexts. What success looks like: In your first 60 days you will have developed a deep understanding of our current client-facing AI capabilities and gaps, spoken directly with clients about how they experience and use AI-assisted features today, and started shaping a prioritised roadmap for the next 12 months. Within three months you will have shipped at least one meaningful client-facing AI feature, established clear metrics to track its impact and earned a reputation as the person who gets AI products into clients' hands. And in return, Savanta offers: Salary range: £95,000 - £105,000 Bonus scheme Unlimited annual leave Hybrid working Employee Assistance Program Flexible working practices Health & wellbeing package Ongoing Learning & Development Financial health (pension, life assurance, etc.) Team & Company Socials Committees for Health & Well Being, Charities & Volunteering and DE&I Why Join Us: The company was founded on the belief that tech should be integral to its success, and this culture of tech innovation makes us best placed to put Savanta at the heart of our clients’ businesses offering solutions before they even know the problem. Part of the vibrant Next 15 Communications Group, we have an entrepreneurial and inclusive company culture that actively recognizes and values its people and offers unrivalled scope for career development, including mentoring, coaching as well as extensive training programs. Savanta is committed to being an equal opportunities employer and continuously strives to be an employer of choice. Our people are our greatest asset - we value workplace diversity and inclusion, oppose all forms of unlawful discrimination, and welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates of all backgrounds. All candidates will be considered equally, however, unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship. We encourage authentic responses to demonstrate your experience and approach, rather than relying on Generative Al tools to write your cover letter or any questions in the application process. We may use Al Decoders as part of the review process and if answers match to a high extent that may be factored into the review.
