About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and enthusiastic sales individual to join our New Business Sales team. You will support the business with its growth strategy, through securing new business contracts through proactive sales activities. You'll have good experience in sales/customer service and a reasonable understanding of the ride share, ground transport Private hire sector in London. The role will include working closely with key stakeholders within the business, implementing best practice across the sales lifecycle – from pipeline management to driving best practice sales methodologies and campaigns.

Main Accountabilities
• Plan, prioritise and manage activities to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Proactive New Business Development.
• Prospecting new customers through telephone activity, research-based prospecting, client face to face meetings.
• Managing Inbound New Sales enquiries - driven from sales email inbox, telephone calls to our direct sales line and from our contact centre.
• RFI/RFP Management.
• Other duties as required by Sales Manager.
Requirements
• Motivated, target driven individual.
• Team Player.
• Strong communicator with presentation skills.
• Resilient character with the ability to handle objections.
• Influential, structured, ability to work to KPI’s, confident presenter, task execution.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not essential as we'll provide training.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
