What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential – we require a minium of 2 years experince in a simpler role.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays.
- Skills: Ability to handle busy environments, multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Appearance: Professional presentation and a friendly demeanor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Handling payments and maintaining a clean, organised bar area.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
