Job Requirements

The Role

As a Producer at Marble, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of small to medium scale experiential projects, ensuring smooth execution across all stages of production. Working closely with Creative, Client Services, and Production teams, you will translate briefs into clear delivery plans and keep projects running on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

You will be a detail-oriented organiser, a collaborative team player, and a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will own delivery on your projects while supporting senior colleagues on larger or more complex accounts, learning from their leadership and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and practices.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Deliver projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers under the guidance of a Senior or Executive Producer where required.
  • Break down briefs into timelines, budgets, and production checklists, escalating challenges or uncertainties to senior colleagues.
  • Liaise directly with clients on day-to-day project matters, providing clear updates and ensuring expectations are managed.
  • Support onsite delivery at live events, confidently managing logistics and supplier coordination while escalating high-level issues where necessary.
  • Prepare agendas, contact reports, and follow-ups for project meetings ensuring clear documentation and next steps.
  • Track progress across workstreams, flagging risks or scope changes early to senior leadership for input.
  • Ensure that all relevant systems are kept up to date and align with our processes

Account Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Services to deliver projects in line with client objectives and expectations.
  • Support the scoping of budgets and schedules, ensuring plans are realistic and resourced appropriately.
  • Join client calls and meetings to provide delivery updates, with senior support present where needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of project debriefs, evaluations and case study content.
  • Share observations from delivery that may help improve client outcomes or future opportunities.

Reporting, Analysis & Finance

  • Track and reconcile project budgets with accuracy, ensuring all costs are captured and approved.
  • Manage supplier POs, invoices, and reconciliations in collaboration with Finance.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, costs, and suppliers - feeding into broader commercial tracking.
  • Contribute to project debriefs with delivery insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide data and input to senior colleagues and Client Services for client reporting.

Sustainability

  • Apply sustainable practices to every project, aligning procurement, materials, and logistics with Marble’s standards.
  • Brief suppliers on sustainability expectations and escalate challenges to senior colleagues for guidance.
  • Research and recommend eco-friendly options in delivery planning.
  • Contribute to internal discussions and learning on sustainable best practices.
  • Support Marble’s broader commitment to social and environmental responsibility through active participation in initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in live event or experiential production, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing small / medium scale projects or supporting on large scale projects under senior producers
  • Strong organisational skills, with confidence in managing timelines, budgets, and suppliers.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative.
  • Awareness of sustainable event practices and a willingness to learn and embed them.
  • A passion for creating high-quality experiences that deliver real impact.
