NAE - OOH Chains and Vending
Job Location: Territory Based
About the Role:
In this exciting new role within our growing Out of Home channel, you will work closely with our National Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies across our key Chains and Vending customers. You will support customer relationships across the assigned channels and take ownership of a portfolio of smaller accounts, helping to negotiate contracts, secure sign-offs and contribute to effective commercial and sales plans.
This is a hybrid, territory-based role where you will be responsible for building commercial opportunities with Out of Home chains and vending operators across the UK & Ireland, collaborating closely with Trade & Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, other Sales teams, and our Strategic Business Development colleagues in Luxembourg.Main Responsibilities:
You will support the development and execution of sales strategies designed to meet revenue, distribution and margin targets across key national accounts. Working alongside the NAMs, you will help drive commercial growth with major OOH partners such as Sysco (Brakes), Booker, ARN and Selecta, while also onboarding, managing and developing a portfolio of smaller accounts across chains and vending.
A key part of the role will involve helping to create and manage promotional plans, including trade spend, activation details and Joint Business Plans. You will help identify and recommend new business opportunities, such as new chain partnerships, improved distribution, new listings and channel growth strategies. You will support the development of customer and channel plans, including targets, pricing, promotional calendars and margin delivery. You will ensure accurate administration across all accounts, including managing purchase orders, samples, new line forms and internal documentation, while ensuring compliance with company processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, supply chain, field sales and strategic business development teams to support seamless delivery of customer plans and business proposals. You may also help build business cases for new Food Service–exclusive SKUs and support product development through to NPD launch. The role requires monitoring market trends and competitive activity, analysing sales and promotional performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and recommending actionable solutions. You will support NAMs with customer contact, negotiation of CPIs, proposals and tenders, and help address account issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Travel will be required to meet customers, attend events and support ongoing commercial development.About You:
You will bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate, influence and build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to make data-driven recommendations. You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure within a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI is required. A proactive, motivated and resilient approach will enable you to thrive in this role, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team. Experience in Sales or Account Management is highly beneficial, and prior exposure to the Out of Home, Food Service or Vending channels would be a strong advantage. An interest in the broader food service industry—including quick-service restaurants, cafés, leisure and vending—would also be valuable. Our Benefits & Perks:
