WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

Our New Product Development (NPD) function plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative, insight-led products that meet evolving consumer needs and strengthen our brand portfolio. As the Product Manager – NPD, you will drive the strategic planning, development, and delivery of new product concepts from early ideation through to commercialisation. You will work cross-functionally to build products that not only excite our consumers but also enhance our competitiveness, commercial performance, and long-term brand direction.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Product Manager - NPD for Endura, you will be responsible for:

New Product Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Defining and managing the NPD roadmap in line with brand strategy, consumer insights, and market opportunities.

  • Evaluating product gaps, emerging trends, and growth opportunities to inform future innovation priorities.

Cross-Functional Product Ownership

  • Leading cross-functional teams—including Design, Development, Insights, Sourcing, and Marketing—through the full NPD lifecycle.

  • Ensuring all teams are aligned on product direction, requirements, timelines, and commercial outcomes.

Concept Development & Validation

  • Translating insights and strategic intent into clear briefs, product concepts, and consumer value propositions.

  • Running consumer validation sessions, prototype reviews, and feasibility assessments to refine product direction.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Owning the NPD critical path, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved quickly and collaboratively.

  • Monitoring risks, dependencies, and costs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Commercial & Market Performance

  • Building business cases and commercial assessments to support new product recommendations.

  • Post-launch, review product performance, insights, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in product management, NPD, or product strategy, ideally within footwear, apparel, or consumer goods.

  • Strong understanding of product creation processes, from insight and concepting through to delivery.

  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to technical and commercial stakeholders.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

  • Competitive salary + discretionary bonus

  • 25 Days Holiday : Increases with length of service and the option to purchase additional days to suit your needs.

  • Discounts: Brand discounts (including friends and family and JD Sports), Sample Sales, and other retail discounts and perks.
