The role

Light and Wonder is looking to expand its footprint of new studios available via its market leading aggregation platform. We provide a range of options to support game providers of all sizes looking for a partner to help accelerate their growth on a global scale.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Partner Manager to join the Light & Wonder Partner Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps in to partner management.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting senior team members in the onboarding and day to day management of the increased volume of partners.

Your mission is to establish Light and Wonder as the number one choice for new studios in iGaming.

The junior partner manager role will involve building relationships, managing projects and ensuring partners compliance with established procedures and processes. You will work closely with various teams to oversee partner integrations, tracking performance and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, driven and can demonstrate foundational commercial, organisational skills with a passion for building long standing partnerships.


Responsibilities of the Junior Partner Manager:

Partner Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, often acting as the primary point of contact. Taking on new partners through their onboarding process.

Business Development: Support the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and translating them into actionable proposals and strategies

Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between partners and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.

Compliance : Ensure all partnerships and activities adhere to relevant iGaming regulations and compliance standards

Reporting : Provide and manage regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders. You will need be working closely with data from various sources (Monday.com, Salesforce, Data Cubes, PowerBI and Excel)

Administration : Ensure all systems, documents and tools are kept up to date with accurate information. Develop performance scorecards with key KPIs for each studio, enabling data driven decisions and effective prioritisation

Process improvement : Collaborate with the broader partner management team to drive a program of work to automate and streamline ways of working

Issue resolution : Providing day to day support for partners in a range of queries.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in managing partners and driving processes at scale.

  • Proven experience in working through international teams

  • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Impeccable organisation and communication skills, able to clearly articulate issues to all levels of stakeholder

  • Fast working, accurate and professional

  • Great at working with others, proactive with ideas and solutions

  • Commercially astute, approaches problems and opportunities with a growth mindset

  • Worked within a regulated online environment as certification and regulation is baked deeply in our process.

  • Knowledge of the gambling industry (specifically Casino) – Preferred but not essential
