Tempest Resourcing are an Early Years specialist agency working closely with high-quality nursery settings across Barnet. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is available full-time, all year round, and ready to interview immediately.

Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and confident working with children from 0-5 years. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, within the nursery's opening hours (8AM-6PM).

Duties

Provide high-quality care, supervision, and learning experiences for children.

Support the planning and delivery of stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities.

Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, nurturing, and well-organised.

Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.

Uphold the nursery's values, policies, and safeguarding procedures.

Contribute to observations, assessments, and children's development plans.

REQUIREMENTS (Must-Haves)

These are essential:
✔️ Level 3 CACHE / Early Years Educator qualification
✔️ Available for a full-time role (40 hours)
✔️ Available all year round - term-time & holidays
✔️ Available to interview immediately
✔️ Preferably have a DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
✔️ At least 6 months experience in a nursery setting
