You will primarily work on our global tech show - Tech Now - researching, producing, filming and editing films. You will make creative video content which works well on all our linear and digital platforms, with the aim of maximising impact across BBC News and attracting new young audiences. • As a video journalist, your core role will be to research, pitch, produce, script, film and and edit high-quality video content.
• You'll be one of a small team working on Tech Now - and you will need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects at the same time
• You'll contribute creative ideas for storytelling, experimenting with formats and approaches to engage new audiences on digital platforms
• You'll be confident in researching complex story topics, scripting, filming and editing video

  You will be experienced in going out on shoots, filming and editing creative video content with a proven track record of originating and developing story ideas
