Payments Analyst
The duties of the Payments Analyst include:
- Accurately processing incoming and outgoing payment instructions in line with client expectations and internal controls.
- Developing relationships with external counterparties and resolving queries promptly.
- Learning and managing diverse payment workflows, including SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, and FPS.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and operational alignment.
- Identifying and proposing system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Supporting automation and efficiency initiatives and participating in cross-functional projects.
