As a Technical Cleaner, you will receive:

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Chief Engineer in daily operations and strategic direction of Engineering.
• Perform preventative maintenance, deep cleaning, and steam cleaning in rooms and public areas.
• Using strong chemicals safely to prepare areas to housekeeping standards.
• Reporting issues and collaborate with painters, shift engineers, and housekeeping.
• Ensuring compliance with Park Plaza Brand Standards and SOPs.
• Monitoring audit results and support achievement of departmental goals.
• Delivering weekly training sessions with the you:niversity Coach.
• Maintaining professional appearance and provide courteous guest service.
• Adhering to preventative maintenance schedules (e.g., unclog drains, change seals, use descalers)
• Attend meetings and share relevant operational feedback with the team.
• Following health, safety, and security protocols, including safe handling of master keys.
• Maintaining cleanliness in power plant areas and identify risk areas.
• Assisting in accident/incident investigations with Security/HR.
• Reviewing and updating RAMs and COSHH documentation every six months.
