Architectural Coordinator
Are you a detail-driven architectural coordinator who thrives on collaboration and technical precision?
At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for an Architectural Coordinator to join our team at Old Oak Common. You’ll play a key role in coordinating design models, managing interfaces, and supporting project delivery across one of the UK’s most complex infrastructure projects. Why Kilnbridge?
We take on some of the UK’s most demanding engineering and construction challenges with integrity, teamwork, and purpose. As an employee-owned business, every team member has a personal stake in our success. That means your work directly contributes to our delivery, innovation, and reputation.
We live by our values: Responsibility, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. If these resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and interfacing contractors to ensure seamless coordination of architectural and design models. Your role will include:
- Using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design tools
- Reviewing client and contractor models for clashes and producing clash detection reports
- Coordinating model exchanges and updates across stakeholders
- Supporting sample and mock-up reviews with the client
- Ensuring design information is available for installation teams
- Assisting with handover documentation and design verification
- Attending client meetings and managing design deadlines
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have a formal qualification in architecture or a related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design or project coordination. You’ll be confident working with design software, understanding construction tolerances, and navigating complex design interfaces. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Electric Car Salary Sacrifice scheme
- 25 Days Holiday and Paid Volunteering days
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Scheme
- A key role in a forward-thinking, employee-owned business
- Opportunities to shape design coordination and influence project outcomes
- A culture that values your expertise and supports your development
Ready to take the next step?
