Executive Support & Office Manager

CityFibre
London

This hybrid position is based in our London office, where you’ll spend four days collaborating on-site and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Executive Support & Office Manager

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our London office while providing exceptional support to our Executive Team. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same – from managing diaries and travel to overseeing office operations and health & safety compliance. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Provide diary management and travel coordination for the Executive Team
  • Organise and support company events and department offsites
  • Manage office systems, including SharePoint and document filing
  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain related policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll be an experienced office professional with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You’ll also have:

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • A positive, adaptable, and resourceful attitude
  • Knowledge of health & safety measures in an office environment
