Junior Key Account Manager

As the Junior Key Account Manager, you will report to the Head of Key Accounts and support the wider team in managing a portfolio of key online and in-store retailers. You will contribute to the development and execution of commercial plans, support launches and activations, assist with forecasting and provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth account operations across partners including Boots, THG (Lookfantastic), Sephora, ASOS, Space NK, John Lewis and Selfridges.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with key retail partners across online and/or bricks & mortar
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches, marketing activations and in-store merchandising
- Help prepare presentations, strategy decks, sales reports and promotional plans
- Coordinate with Marketing and Supply to support forecasting, stock tracking and risk management
- Conduct competitor reviews and support the identification of growth opportunities
- Ensure product, visual merchandising and digital content guidelines are consistently upheld
- Provide regular sales reporting and category insights to support senior account managers
- Assist with administrative tasks, account setup, tracking tools and meeting preparation
Experience Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting key accounts within beauty, FMCG or retail - ideally across retailers such as Boots, THG (Lookfantastic), Sephora, ASOS, Space NK, John Lewis or Selfridges
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in analytics and reporting
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to develop within commercial account management
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work well in a collaborative team
- Willingness to take initiative, learn quickly and support multiple partners simultaneously
