Parts Specialist
- Monitor daily backorders, maintaining clear visibility of open lines and inbound order progress to support planning and dealer communication.
- Liaise with headquarters and suppliers to resolve overdue, urgent, or high‑impact parts supply issues.
- Prioritise critical backorders based on vehicle off‑road cases, customer impact, workshop demand, and business urgency.
- Provide clear, regular updates on backorder status, expected delivery timings, risks, and recovery actions.
- Investigate recurring backorder and supply issues, supporting actions to reduce ageing and improve performance.
- Act as a key point of contact for dealer parts enquiries, responding in a timely, professional, and solution‑focused manner.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve dealer issues and ensure queries follow correct systems and escalation routes.
- Maintain accurate parts data and prepare regular reports on stock, orders, dealer issues, and operational performance.
