Platform Engineer

They need a heavy hitting Tech Lead to bridge the gap between high level architectural strategy and elite level, hands-on engineering. This is a role for the engineer who has outgrown "Senior" and is ready to act as the Technical North Star for some of the most ambitious cloud native projects in the UK. Don't think it's just a "management only" desk job. They need a leader who still loves the keyboard but has the vision to steer a high performing team.- Architectural Authority: You won't just follow the roadmap; you’ll help draw it. You will define the long-term strategy for resilient, hybrid-cloud Kubernetes environments.
- Hands-on Mastery: From writing complex Helm charts to extending Terraform modules, you’ll be the technical North Star for the engineering team.
- The "CoE" Impact: You’ll be working within an elite unit, ensuring that the platforms built are secure, powerful, and most importantly empower developers to deliver at lightning speed.
The ideal Engineer thinks in clusters, containers, and code. You’re a systems thinker who spots a weak point before it breaks and automates a solution before it becomes urgent.
