Lead Surveyor
A specialist UK property advisory, restructuring and real estate services firm supporting commercial and private clients with complex property situations and transaction solutions. The culture is built around quality, integrity, transparency and agility. Key Responsibilities
• Lead valuations, strategic options appraisals and property advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development assets.
• Act as the lead adviser on client mandates, managing projects from instruction through to completion.
• Provide commercially focused recommendations on asset performance, value optimisation, redevelopment and disposal strategies.
• Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to new instructions and wider business growth. About You
• Proven experience undertaking commercial, residential and/or development property valuations.
• Experience providing strategic property advice, options appraisals and commercially focused recommendations.
