Head of Music Department (Maternity Cover) - Enfield

We are recruiting a temporary Head of Music for a highly successful mixed secondary academy in Enfield to cover a one-year maternity leave. Main Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for the Music department across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level).
Manage, mentor, and support a small, dedicated team of subject specialists.
Oversee and expand the academy's extensive extracurricular timetable, including ensembles, choirs, and community performances.
Maintain high standards of academic tracking, resource management, and curriculum innovation.
