An Outstanding primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated and skilled Intervention Teacher to join its supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to raising attainment and closing gaps in learning.

The Role

As an Intervention Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver targeted interventions in English and Maths for small groups and individual pupils

Work closely with class teachers, SENCo and senior leaders to track progress and adapt provision

Use assessment effectively to identify learning gaps and measure impact

Support pupils to build confidence, resilience and a love of learning

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

Hold QTS (or be an experienced teacher with strong intervention experience)

Have proven experience delivering successful interventions in a primary setting

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and excellent behaviour management

Be nurturing, patient and highly organised

Early Career Teachers with strong intervention experience are encouraged to apply, as are experienced teachers seeking a rewarding, focused role outside of full-class teaching.
