Senior Building Surveyor
·Carrying out site inspections, preparing reports, and providing professional advice.
·Managing feasibility studies, design proposals, and statutory submissions.
·Preparing detailed specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
·Overseeing procurement, contract administration, and project delivery.
·Undertaking professional services such as Party Wall matters, Rights to Light, and condition surveys. This role also offers the potential to take on team leadership responsibilities, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to business growth. About You ·MRICS qualification (or working towards it).
·A degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
·Strong technical expertise and project management skills.
