The Opportunity

We’re looking for dynamic, camera-confident fitness professionals to join our growing online coaching team. As a Goodnick Coach, you’ll be one of the faces of our platform — creating and recording engaging fitness classes that reach women all over the country and beyond.

This is an incredible opportunity to bring your own style and energy to a national audience, supported by full training and creative guidance from our team. You’ll help shape the next generation of fitness for older adults and inspire women to stay active, strong, and confident.

What You’ll Do

• Record motivating, easy-to-follow workout classes for women aged 60+
• Deliver sessions focused on strength, stamina, flexibility, and mobility
• Adapt exercises for a range of fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment
• Collaborate with the Goodnick team to shape and improve class content
• Represent Goodnick as a trusted, inspiring voice for women’s fitness
• Experience leading group exercise, bootcamp, or PT-style sessions (online or in-person)
• Confidence and warmth on camera, with the ability to connect through the screen
• Knowledge and understanding of strength, stamina, or mobility training
• A fun, approachable personality that resonates with older adults
• Based in the UK and eligible to work freelance
• Valid liability insurance (required)

What You Bring

Desirable:

• Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor / Personal Training qualification
• Previous experience recording or presenting on camera
